Passion curd pie

8 servings

300 g (frozen) bun dough
500 g of milk curd
3 eggs
1 dl sugar or maple syrup
1-2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar

For surface:
3 dl of Bonne Passion purée
1 ½ dl granulated sugar

Let the bun dough melt and rise under a cloth.
Roll out or press the bun dough onto the bottom and sides of a pie pan lined with parchment paper.
Mix the milk curd, eggs, sugar or maple syrup and vanilla sugar together.
Spread the mixture on top of the dough in the pie pan.
Cook the pie at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes or until the pie is cooked and the surface has set.

Prepare the passion fruit glaze.
Put the Passion purée in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the granulated sugar, stirring all the time, and let it boil slowly until the broth becomes clear. Cool for a moment.
Spoon the passion fruit glaze on top of the curd layer and put it in the fridge for a while to set.
Cut into portions and serve!
