Milk-free plum rice porridge

Milk-free plum rice porridge is great to offer as a snack as well as a Christmas dessert. You'll get even more festive dessert if you mix in cinnamon-flavored whipped cream.

5 dl Bonne Premium Plum Purée
1 liter of water
1 dl porridge rice
½-1 dl sugar (or to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Measure the plum purée and water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the porridge and sugar and simmer under the lid for about an hour, or until the liquid has evaporated and the rice is cooked through. Be sure to stir during cooking. Season the finished porridge with vanilla sugar.
