Blueberry meringue ice cream

You can easily make summer ice creams by yourself. Make several different flavors in the freezer at once and offer at parties or enjoy alone. You can make ice cream mass into ice cream sticks using juice ice molds, or you can use different bowls or boxes. Bonne Premium berry and fruit purées give the ice creams an authentic taste, as they are 100 % of berries and fruit.

Blueberry meringue ice cream

Active cooking time: 10 minutes
Total preparation time: 4-12 hours

5 dl whipped cream
about 400 g of condensed milk
1-2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
3 dl Bonne Premium Blueberry purée
2 dl bush blueberries
about 10 meringues

In addition:
(a few crumbled meringues)
Bonne Premium Blueberry Purée

Whip the cream.

Stir in the condensed milk and vanilla sugar.

Divide the mixture into two parts and mix Bonne Premium Blueberry Purée in to other part and bush blueberries and crushed meringues to the other. Mix the foams gently together so that they do not mix completely.

During freezing, you can crumble a little meringue on the surface if you wish. Allow to freeze in the freezer for a few hours or overnight. Take a scoop of ice cream balls and serve. You can drain Bonne Premium Blueberry Puré on top.

Tip! Try other Bonne berry and fruit purees as well.
