Preparing of desserts and snacks can also be easy and fast. An apple dessert suitable for autumn is easy to prepare and you only need a few ingredients.

100-150 g oat biscuits
25 g of butter
2 ½ dl of whipping vanilla custard
5 dl Bonne Premium Apple purée

Cut the oat crackers on a work board into a rough crumb.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the oat biscuits for a while, turning them all the time, until they get a little color.
Whip the custard.
Assemble the portions in dessert bowls in layers so that oat biscuits and apple purée remain on the surface.
Serve cold!
