Orange Quark

Have you already tried Bonne´s 100% Orange Purée? The deliciously fresh purée is perfect for cooking, baking and making desserts. This fresh orange quark, garnished with gingerbread, is excellent as a Christmas dessert and as such at any time. Also try as a cake filling.

5 dl of whipped cream
250 g of milk quark
3 dl Bonne Premium Orange purée
grinded vanilla pods to taste OR 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
1 dl sugar
(a pinch of cinnamon)
(1/2 dl citrus liqueur)

In addition:
8 gingerbread cookies
100 g of white chocolate
2 dl Bonne Premium Orange purée 

Whip the cream and whisk in the milk quark and orange purée.

Grind in the vanilla pod or add vanilla sugar and sugar.

If desired, season with a pinch of cinnamon and citrus liqueur. If you also serve dessert to children, heat the liqueur to boiling point before adding it to the mix.

Check the taste.

Crumble the gingerbread and cut the white chocolate with a knife into coarse crumbs.

Divide the orange quark into serving bowls and sprinkle gingerbread crumbs and white chocolate chips on top.

Drizzle over the orange purée.

Serve!

Tip! You can also assemble the dessert in a large serving bowl.
