Hawaiian stew

Hawaiian stew is a wonderful everyday dish made of minced meat, but you can also use chicken or vegetable proteins instead of minced meat. Bonne's 100 percent pineapple puree gives the food a nice sweet flavor boost!

2-3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
400 g minced meat or chicken fillet strips
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
½-1 red chili
1 red pepper
7 dl of water
2 dl long-grain rice
½ l Bonne Pineapple purée
2-3 tablespoons of tomato purée
100 g of frozen peas
100 g of frozen corn
add salt to taste
ground black pepper

Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and add the minced meat. Fry all over.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves.
Chop the chili and the paprika.
Add them to the pan and turn for a while on high heat.
Add water, rice, pineapple purée and tomato purée.
Let it boil slowly under the lid for about 15 minutes, stirring often.
Add frozen peas and frozen corn and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Check the taste.
