Summer bowl

A summer treat can easily be prepared even for a surprise guest when you keep a few ingredients in the cupboard. This is also a great party treat at summer parties. Bonne´s 100 percent berry and fruit purées bring juiciness and flavor to many wonderful treats. Try summery strawberry or other delicious flavor options.

250 g ready-made cream puffs (frozen)
150 g of blueberries or strawberries
2 ½ dl of foaming custard
1-2 bananas
1 cup canned peaches, drained
5 dl Bonne strawberry purée
50 g meringues
fresh mint

Take the cream puffs out of the freezer.
Also bring out bush blueberries or strawberries.
Whip the foaming custard.
Slice the bananas and the drained canned peaches.
Put the ingredients in a transparent bowl in layers together with the Bonne Strawberry puree.
Crumble in the meringues.
Garnish with fresh mint.
Serve!
