Orange-white chocolate parfait

10–12 servings

This delightful parfait is a wonderful party table treat, suitable for all seasons. You only need a few ingredients. You can find Bonne Orange purée on the jam shelves of well-stocked supermarkets. Bonne purees are 100 percent fruit and berry and have only nature's own sweetness.

150 g of white chocolate
1 egg
5 dl of whipped cream
1 dl powdered sugar or to taste
4 dl Bonne Orange purée

In addition:
a few pieces of white chocolate
1 dl Bonne Orange puree

Chop the white chocolate onto a plate and melt in the microwave in half-minute increments, stirring in between, until the chocolate has melted.
Mix the egg into the chocolate and stir.
Whip the cream and mix the chocolate mixture into the cream.
Season with powdered sugar.
Then divide the mixture into two parts and mix the orange puree into the other part.
Put the mixtures in layers in an ice cream or cake pan, protect with plastic wrap and put in the freezer overnight.
Take a moment to melt before serving and turn around into the serving plate.
Decorate with grated white chocolate and orange purée.
