Summer is the golden season for grilling. What kind of marinades do you like? Looking for more tips? Bonne’s fruit and berry purées add delicious flavor to a variety of marinades. Try other purées in addition to the ones listed and feel free to create your own variation.

Marinade for Chicken

Ingredients

4 chicken breast fillets or thigh cuts
1 dl Bonne Mango purée
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Place the mango purée in a bowl.
Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger, then mix them in.
Season with Worcestershire sauce.
Coat the chicken fillets or thigh cuts in the marinade.
Let marinate preferably overnight or at least a few hours before grilling.

Marinade for Salmon

Ingredients

600–800 g salmon fillet
1 dl Bonne Passion purée
1–2 tbsp red pesto
A few sprigs of edible lavender

Instructions

Cut the boneless salmon fillet into four pieces.
Prepare the marinade: place the passion fruit purée in a bowl and mix in the red pesto.
Finely chop the edible lavender and add it to the mix.
Stir and brush the marinade over the salmon pieces.
Let marinate for a few hours before grilling.

Marinade for Pork or Beef

Ingredients 

600 g pork tenderloin or beef sirloin
1 dl Bonne Queen’s purée
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chopped sage

Instructions

Remove the membranes from the pork tenderloin or cut the beef sirloin into steaks.
Place the Queen’s purée in a bowl.
Peel and finely chop the garlic and add it in.
Add soy sauce and chopped sage.
Coat the meat in the marinade and let it marinate for a few hours or overnight.
